Natasha has given me the extra push I needed. As a regular exerciser and gym goer, I was bored with my CV and weights routine in the gym and stopped seeing results. My sessions with Natasha have focused on improving power and strength. In just a few sessions, I am stronger and leaner. Natasha is encouraging and I love the motivational texts she sends me. She can also give you sound nutritional advice, particularly on what you should eat to help your body recover from a training session. As well as a great PT, her classes are fantastic and I would recommend her to everyone
